There are budget villas of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and maisonettes of 1 and 2 bedrooms. The living area of the villas ranges from a minimum of 70 m2 up to a 150m2. The property comprises a spacious living/dining room, fully equipped independent kitchen and one or two bathrooms. Furthermore, all the villas will have a private garden, porch and two or more terraces.The maisonettes have a living area of approximately 40m2 the one-bedroom maisonettes and between 55 and 60 m2 the 2-bedroom maisonettes. They comprise complete bathroom and a living/dining room with incorporated equipped kitchenette. Further to the areas indicated, the maisonettes always have a small private garden with porch or/and an ample terrace.
There are several swimming-pools in "El Capistrano", including swimming-pools for children. Spacious green zones. Bars. Restaurant. Supermarket. Laundry.
