Details of Accommodation

Villa Ana has been built to a quality standard of finish with a lot of attention to detail. The front door opens into the large living area with a beamed cathedral ceiling. Here there are two comfortable sofas, one sofa bed around the fireplace, plus satellite TV, dvd, video player and cd player. The floors are tiled throughout with an attractive frieze inset. There is a dining table and chairs with a peninsular unit separating the living room from the kitchen which has oak units, combination hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine is in the garage. A door leads out to the terrace and barbecue. The master double bedroom has French doors onto a balcony and a lovely vista to the mountains; it has an en-suite shower room with marble tiles, a power shower, basin, bidet and toilet.

There is a second bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds to sleep four; each has fitted wardrobes. These rooms share a shower room/WC in soft aqua tones.

The tennis court is amongst the olive trees. The 12m x 6m swimming pool, with steps down is terraced all around and again has lovely views; it can be heated out of season (payable locally). The table tennis table is in the basement area. The house has central heating and air-conditioning. The owners kindly request that clients refrain from smoking inside the property.
