Villages is a short walk to the beautiful Burrianna beach as
well as being close to the fantastic Nerja Caves, the Balcon de
Europa and of course Nerja town center itself. Car hire in

There are villas of 1,
2 and 3 bedrooms and marionettes of 1 and 2 bedrooms. The
living area of the villas ranges from a minimum of 70 m2 up to a
150m2. The property comprises a spacious living/dining room,
fully equipped independent kitchen and one or two bathrooms.
Furthermore, all the villas will have a private garden, porch
and two or more terraces.
The marionettes have a living area of approximately 40m2 the
one-bedroom maisonettes and between 55 and 60 m2 the 2-bedroom
maisonettes. They comprise complete bathroom and a living/dining
room with incorporated equipped kitchenette. Further to the
areas indicated, the maisonettes always have a small private
garden with porch or/and an ample terrace.
There are several swimming-pool in "El
Capistrano", including swimming-pools for children.
